I Am Having Trouble Concentrating. Don't Enjoy My Job Anymore.

I am having trouble concentrating. Don't enjoy my job anymore. When I am at work I am thinking about home when I am home I am thinking about work. I drift off to other things even when I am having a conversation with someone. I feel like I cannot retain information. I am also having loss of memory of past events
