I Am Having Trouble Curing What Has Been Diagnosed As

I am having trouble curing what has been diagnosed as cellulitus. It never completely heals Ann keeps recurring. I have had fungal infection in my feet switch infected warts that resulted in removal of two toes. Is there any other possible diGnosis Right now my body has large patches of itchy prickly rash and redness and blistering on my legs
