I Am Having Trouble Finding The Word I Want To

I am having trouble finding the word I want to use while talking. This seems to be getting worse. It may be a persons name but is even more likely to be some ordinary thing I.e. Battery, salad bowl, etc. can this be the beginning of dementia? YYYY@YYYY . Thanks for your answer
