I Am Having Trouble With Drop Foot, Both Feet, And

I am having trouble with drop foot, both feet, and tingling like restless legs from the waist down. I take neuronton and it doesn't help. I am very weak in my body and have a terrible time with balance. What do you think is wrong with me? I had two back surgeries thinking it would help but it didn't. I have been to several neurologist and they don't seem to know what is wrong with me.
