I Am Having Trouble With My Disc 5 And 6

I am having trouble with my disc 5 and 6 on left shoulder. Been going to chiro to get adjust and it really helps. But relief is not lasting as long as it did. Now I am hurting all over my left side. My hand hurts and isn't that strong. I got strong by awash on my left foot and that foot now feels like it's swollen and tender
What could be up.
