I Am Having Typhoid Almost Every Year From Last 4

I am having typhoid almost every year from last 4 years now this time i had the same treatment of cefim for 5 days but ot relpased so i went on recophein 2mg single dose injection along with azomax 250mg bd for 4 days i was cured for 1 week but then again am feeling tiredness low grade feever heavy eyes temp feeling tirdness diareha n constipation plz advise
