I Am Having Unbearable Muscle Pain And Drawing In My

I am having unbearable muscle pain and drawing in my legs. It used to be only at night but it is constant now. They will draw up under me and it is so painful. I spend most of my time stretching my legs out. I feel like if I could just stretch them far enough they would unknot.
