I Am Having Veins Enlargment And Suffering With Iching I

I am having veins enlargment and suffering with iching I have been using Clobirex-G plus cream for past two years when ever I am having itching unbearably. Now I am not getting relife for iong time .Now iam fedup with this . IF i go for surgery can I get peramanent relief.or will this problem relaps again? Badly iam in need of your advice doctor .Tank You Sir.
