I Am Having Very Sharp Pains In The Back Of

I am having very sharp pains in the back of my right thigh, three fingers above the bend in the back of my knee. No redness, no noticeable swelling, just VERY sharp stabbing pain that comes and goes for about 24 hours now. I did have a 3 hours episode of SVT this morning that subsided with rest and fluids.
