I Am Having What Feels Like Waves In My Chest

I am having what feels like waves in my chest I do have some gas burps and it sometimes seem to help but even at rest it has started to happen last nigh is first I felt it. My heart rate is normal and my beats are even no irregularity at all. I have had a lot of pasta the last 3 days and even seafood and I am not used to eating that. I am 42 white male no job in school full time with a wife and 5 boys.
