I Am High Risk Due To Age And Recurrent Miscarriages.

I am high risk due to age and recurrent miscarriages. I also have bipolar disorder and anxiety disorder. I'm obviously terrified and constant panic due to previous losses and mental illness. How often would you offer scans or doppler sessions? The anxiety is debilitating but my OB making wait four weeks for another scan. Is this normal? I just feel like they are being insensitive to my anxiety, stress, and mental illness.
