I Am Highly Allergic To Codeine. I Am Afraid Of

I am highly allergic to codeine. I am afraid of the reaction I may have taking hydrodone/acetaminophen 5-325 that was prescribed to me for pain even though I have records etc....showing ER visits to the hospital when anything has codeine in it. So I am just trying to find out if I should take or not.
