I Am Hurting In My Lower Abdomen And The Pain

I am hurting in my lower abdomen and the pain goes all across the lower, but the hardest pain is
my left side. I also burn when I urinate. I took two rounds of Bactrim and I am still experiencing
the same symptoms. What am I looking at doc? Please advise.
