I Am Hypertension Patient With Rt. Hypoplastic Kidney And Lt

I am hypertension patient with Rt. hypoplastic kidney and Lt working kidney, my BP varies from 130-170 by 85 to 95. I am taking medicines for control of BP, S-Numalo 5mg, Cloversyl 8mg, Prazopress Xl 5 mg, Concor Cor 2.5mg, Ecosprin AV 75mg, Throx 62.5ucg. After taking som many maedcines still my BP is not under control and it varies. Recently for the past few days I am feeling extreme left side chest pain with pain in my left hand and back. I am 56 years old male.
