I Am In Kabul. I Was Bitten On The Face

I am in Kabul. I was bitten on the face by a mosquito. I didn't think anything of it. I now have flu like symptoms
slight difficulty breathing, cough, runny nose, fever, and very dizzy. I do not want to blame a mosquito bite but I do not want to rule it out either
