I Am In USA....last 2 Weeks I Had Cold, Sinus

I am in USA....last 2 weeks I had cold, sinus pressure.....doctor gave me mucinex and anti allergy medicine....I also had dry nose and on blowing nose I had blood....now I've bought a Vicks room humidifier.... Dry nose reduced....cold slightly reduced but cough started.....what's going on with me
