I Am In A State Wherei Feel Im Loosing My

I am in a state wherei feel im loosing my mind i have had on going depression for two weeks, along with a list of symptoms i never had, I am someone who is optimistic and driven now i can barely get out of bed , Should i take this seriously and seek medical help now mentally I cant even function simple thoughts and make decisions because theirs so much going on
