I Am In A Wheel Chair So I Don't Get

I am in a wheel chair so I don't get any exercise. When I go to bed my whole body gets numb and I have terrible leg jerking. I have a hospital bed at home but I am very confined in it. It is high so I need help getting into it not out so I can't get up after I am put to bed. I have arthritis and I am heavy too. I've tried all kind of medications but nothing helps thank you.
