I Am In Bad Condition. I Have Not Slept Thoughtout

I am in bad condition. I have not slept thoughtout the night. My gum has been swollen at the last tooth of the lower jaw . it is just after the last tooth at the joint of the both of the jaw...the last tooth is also paining badly..i cannot open\my mouth.please note that it is the story of only under 4 hrs. Its is paining lyk tik tok tik tok. Plzz suggest me something for relief
