I Am In Chronic Pain With My Neck, TMJ Issues

I am in chronic pain with my neck, TMJ issues and migraines ( daily) . I have been on over 30 different medicines and narcotics are the only relief I get. Been on Perocet 10mg/325 5 times per day. Is there anyway I can purchase these online without going to pain clinic?
