I Am In College And Have Had 4 Sexual Partners

I am in college and have had 4 sexual partners since August. I've been safe and used protection everytime and the last time was September 26th and the Monday after I started itching around my vaginal opening and had a lot of discharge and sweat. It faded away and starting Monday my clitoris has felt swollen and been hurting and it goes in and out on pain levels. I've seen I might have thrush, yeast infections, and maybe chlamydia but I'm not sure and I need an answer.
