I Am In Extreme Pain And Have Been Seeing A

I am in extreme pain and have been seeing a doctor for 18 months after moving but she will not help me. I have pain in joints and have fibromyalgia (muscles). I have tried temazapan from my previous doctor as well as durogesic patches but am told these are dangerous drugs. They both give me a life almost without pain but this doctor gives me nothing except Panamax. May as well not go but was wondering which is the most dangerous or addictive, durogesic or temazapan. Or is there any other medication I can use for what seems like all my body aching. They thought it was arthritis as well but when I take temazapan I awake the next day almost painless. They are I know a muscle relaxant
