I Am In My Second Day Of Alcohol Withdrawal, Taking

I am in my second day of alcohol withdrawal, taking librium for it every six hours and about to take my last dose. I'm having a lot of trouble sleeping. In detox the last time I was there, they gave me visterol to help me sleep along with the librium. I want to know if benadryl is the same thing and it's safe to take. I also have clonazapam but hesitate to take it
