I Am In Recovery And Have Been So For A

I am in recovery and have been so for a decade. I have had many spine surgeries and sm on suboxone which has been a miracle drug not only for pain but my opiate addiction. Over the past few years I have developed a severe anxiety d/o which has progressed into more frequent panic attacks. I have been on Paxil 20mg for many years which they increased to 40mg /day which did not help the anxiety but developed uncontrollable twitching which got better when the dose was decreased again. Currently I am taking librium 10mg twice a day which seems to help a lot but is really not an accepted drug in recovery but benzos have never been a drug I am attracted to. What is your opinion and what do you feel is the better drugs for anxiety. I feel if I can get a period of refiel from the attacks I can work thru this and later not requie meds, I hope?
