I Am In Serious Pain More Then Before My Lower

I am in serious pain more then before my lower spine fusion 11 months ago...did some electro shock testing and it showed no permanent nerve damage....been in ER 4 times times in 3 weeks ex rays show no breaks should I go to a more advanced hospital? I just moved to the area arena have no new docs here...
