I Am In Severe Pain As I Just Ruptured My

I am in severe pain as I just ruptured my eardrum badly about 45 minutes ago. I was using a q-tip and I went to grab my phone out of my pocket to answer a phone call when I completely forgot I had a q-tip in my ear and I pounded it deep into my ear, thus rupturing my eardrum. Please help I don't know what to do. My ear is ringing and I cant hear almost at all now and some drainage is coming out as well. What do I do?
