I Am In Severe Pain Due To A Surgery I

I am in severe pain due to a surgery I had back in July. Im on Gabapentin, Lyrica, and Oxycodone 10mg. I had a fall last Thursday and went to my doctor but she did not want to add any medication to what I already take. I do have a severe bruise on my tailbone from the fall.
What are your suggestions?
