I Am In Severe Pain With The History Of Addiction

I am in severe pain with the history of addiction of pain medication. I just want to live a normal life. the pain that i endure daily is exhausting and i can't seem to get help. I fell 72+ feet off a bridge and crushed everything from my hips up my spine was crushed with other things as well. I have a very high tolerance to pain medication and I have no idea what to do no longer i need help please
