I Am In The Process Of Fertility Treatments To Conceive.

I am in the process of fertility treatments to conceive. After taking Clomid I developed 4 cysts. I have been off the hormones since 5/22, and since then the ovaries have shrunk and today showing growth to 6cm. Got my menstrual cycle early at day 18, went in for labs and ultrasound, and now am being told my estrogen levels are high. Isn't that the desired outcome with fetility? Please advise.
