I Am Inquiring About Moisture That Seems To Be Coming

I am inquiring about moisture that seems to be coming from my bum. There is no offensive smell..no mucous..just feels wet down there..and it usually is. And it seems to be always after a long walk..or even a short walk for that matter..or sitting and sweating in general?? Also..another issue i seem to be finding is..i can wipe..even with wet wipes..shower..Cleanse! and still after all that , go to the washroom after all that and find excess on my wipe?!?! Should I be concerned? I am a 40 year old female...This has been happening for a good year or so..maybe longer..but i have been really aware over the last year.. As per usual..the internet is freaking me out....
