I Am Just Getting Over A Sore Throat But Before

I am just getting over a sore throat but before I noticed a bump on my neck from my throat and thought it would go away after my sore throat did. However it's still here and seems a bit larger now. It's hard and on my left side. It hurts when I move my neck and aches when I swallow.
