I Am Just Miserable. My Reg Doctor/cardiologist Has "ran Every

I am just miserable. My reg doctor/cardiologist has "ran every test" he could think of. Sent me to a ENT. Says he's suspects that it's not a middle ear infection/issue. I've been to the emergency room about 5 or 6 times and they also say there's nothing else they can do. Had a cat scan of my head - other than a sinus cyst - its unremarkable. I don't have high blood pressure - had heart echo and holter monitor done - minor leaky valve (doc says its ok) and I'm waiting to see a neurologist 4 days. 2 days ago, Ive tried motrin, tylenol, anti-vert, zofran, ativan, dramamine, all to no avail. I took 2 excedrins (250mg aspirin/250mg acetaminophen,65mg caffeine, each) 2 days ago and I swear it cured me. For 2 days I felt 100% for about 3hr-4hrs then I slowly felt my symptoms coming back, but I waited until my 6hrs hours had passed and took another 2 excedrins. I was for sure that this was over. Today Excedrin did absolutely nothing. My symptoms are back - with no period of rest at all. Everyone says they cant help me but please someone do something - I want to go to the emergency department right this moment but I know what they are going to say. WHAT DO I DO?!

Symptoms
Headache- duration: 9 days straight - 2 days break - now again today (pain level 1- pressure, head full of air - about to pop, constant, not throbbing)

Jaw/cheek/nose pressure - 1 day - 2 days break - back again today - (pain level 1- more sore - feels like I've chewed bubblegum all day and jaws are tired, feels like sinus headache, constant, not throbbing)

head pressure - 9 days straight - 2 days break - back again today (pain level 1 - more pressure - feels like hair is in ponytail and someone is pulling ponytail back - sensation wraps around my whole head with concentration behind my ears)

dizziness - headrush type feeling - duration this last 1 month- daily - 2 times in November/December ( was completely healthy before this)

Neck - back of neck - soreness runs up neck to skull

blurred vision - on and off daily - duration - 1 month

nausea - daily - all day - no vomiting

hot but no fever

former smokes of 16yrs - quit July of 2015
