I Am Just Recently Diagnosed With A Blood Clot In

I am just recently diagnosed with a blood clot in my leg and had them travel to my lungs. In hospital for 2 days and given Lovenox injections 2x a day. Released on oral blood thinner, Xarelto, 2x a day for 3 weeks then once a day thereafter. What are the most common side effects and how often do they occur?
