I Am Just Wondering Why My Almost 4 Yr Old

I am just wondering why my almost 4 yr old daughter would start sucking her thumb randomly? She has never sucked her thumb before and has not had a bottle or pacifier since she was 15mths old, there are no new babies around either. she has also started to act out a little more has regressed in potty training.
