I Am Kevin I Am A 14 Year Old Boy

I am kevin i am a 14 year old boy and i have been looking everywhere and cant find the answer... i have dome nipples and feel a lumps under the nipples slightley bigger than my nipples i am worried i have gyno but it just started and my dad said he had the same problem and he only had it one summer, well its been one whole summer and it hasnt gone away i am soooo self concious because they are huge i am 5'3" 94lbs i have barely any body fat and a fast matabolism fo i have a bad case or will it go away by itself
