I Am Lactose Intolerant And Also Have Low Blood Pressure

I am lactose intolerant and also have low blood pressure (110/70). I ate ricotta cheese by mistake two nights ago. I felt very dizzy afterwards. Yesterday and today I had mild diarreah two times in total. I have been extremely thirsty and also pretty hungry. Am very concerned.
