I Am Lactose Intolerant But I Love Cheese,ice Cream And

I am lactose intolerant but I love cheese,ice cream and yogurt, Problem is that every once in a while after eating too much, in the middle of the night my stomach will swell up and hurt so bad that I feel like its going to explode, then I get diahrea,sometimes vomit and twice now I had blood on the tissue and once recently there was a blood clot. This has been going on for longer than 10 years. Should I be concerned?
