I Am Late On My Period, But Am Taking Birth

I am late on my period, but am taking birth control, I had very light blotting and thought it was coming like 2 weeks ago but nothing, and now my pee is bright yellow, I take Biotin as well. As well as cramping on the lower stomach upper cervix. Am I ok?
