I Am Living Overseas, Had Unusual Bites On My Legs

I am living overseas, had unusual bites on my legs which I have never had a reaction to from before, these have turned into celulitis, i was given antibiotics but it is still there. my bloods say Low HCT/PCV (0.33) and high ESR (33.00), my Dr has suggested I see a Dermatologist but I see this as a waste of time and money, any ideas on who I should go and see for help? I am still covered in these bites.
