I Am Located In El Salvador And Have A Patient

I am located in El Salvador and have a patient with flank pain times 3 days. Febrile off and on between 100.4-101.8. Urine test resulted in protein 38.6 and blood test only had an abnormality of 12.6% for monocyte. His TGP was 43. He is a 48 year old male. I believe that it could be a simple infection but Don't want to over look anything.
