I Am Looing At Medical Records Stating A Patient Had

I am looing at medical records stating a patient had a study called a Ct c/a/p that showed an ill defined lesion suggestive of malignancy. A liver CT or liver MRI was recommended. What does Ct c/a/p stand for? I am a physician who reviews disability cases. I know the Ct must CT but the rest of the abbreviation is unclear to me.
