I Am Looking For A Doctor In My Area To

I am looking for a doctor in my area to look at my mom who survived a cottonmouth snake bite two years ago.We can't find one due to hippa law everyone we call.Anyone out there can you help me ?She is beginning to start to have problems and her primary care dr has no answers just like when she got bite ,told us to go to hospital.Thanks BTW we live in Bushnell,fl
