I Am Looking For A Local Doctor Who Would Give

I am looking for a local doctor who would give me an antibiotic for a throat infection. Zethromisn is the antibiotic I would need to clear up a long lasting problem. always sneezing and having trouble swallowing when I start eating. that is my question I don't want any other tests. just that antibiotic to clear it up. no ultrasound or mouth rinse garbage. no tubes down my nose; I have white spots on the front of my tongue which indicates a bacterial infection.
