I Am Looking For A Pain Reliever Ointment Named Traumeel,

I am looking for a pain reliever ointment named Traumeel, which is no longer available in the United States. It's main ingredient is aconitine napellus 1x (final concentration 4x, and Arnica Montana, radix 3x. Substitutes found have been less effective. I believe it was imported from Germany by the Heel USA company.
