I Am Looking For Advice About The Drug Pyridostigmine (Mestonin).

I am looking for advice about the drug Pyridostigmine (Mestonin). which was prescribed to help BP variations
(especially low BP lowerthan 90/ 40) for a Parkinson's Disease patient in the advanced autonomic stages.
Any questions about mixing this with Carbodover/Levadopa and or Ropinerole????
