I Am Looking For Relief From The Thickened Skin On

I am looking for relief from the thickened skin on my left ankle I suffer from venous insufficiency and had some surgery and sclerotherapy. The skin cracks and weeps fluid at times. I wear compressions,elevate and moisturize but the pain is bad since I am on my feet 8 hours a day. I am 52 year old male. What does the future hold for me regarding this? My baby toe has some numbness at times as well.
