I Am Looking For Someone In My Network That Can

I am looking for someone in my network that can help with the extreme pain caused by a ruptured disk with fragments that embedded in the nerves in my left leg. this has been since aug 8th. I have been sent to Haveneurosurgeon, pain mgnt, for procedure of injections in my back but it didn't work. and todayHave had exray, CT scan and today an MRI. My gen practitioner can only do so much. Please try to give me an answer of what to do next.
