I Am Looking Into Foreskin Restoral Surgery, I Am Undecided

I am looking into foreskin restoral surgery, I am undecided between surgery vs corrective long term tools. I am trying to get some expert knowledge on the matter. I am worried because from what I understand an uncircumcised penis will naturally retract the foreskin during an erection, if I use long term devices I don't know if will eventually have the same ability or not.
