I am losing weight steadily! I am a 58-yr old man, in quite good health except for being diabetic and overweight. Since getting serious I have already lost forty pounds with another 50-60 to go. I have a regular program of aerobic and strength training and I cahve come to love fitness. I knew I would never regain the looks I had in my 20s, but I didn't expect to see so much sagging skin on my belly, upper arms and thighs. Soon I may shopt showering at the gym, I am so embarrassed. What can I do?
