I am lying in bed watching tv relaxing. Suddenly I got a very bad pain and spasm in my right thigh inner leg area Frm my groan towards my knee. It would spasm. I would scream my husband trying to help rub my muscle. This happened about 3 times in 10 minutes. Until I thought get a ice pak on the leg. I am lying here with gel pak and leg elevated. Help please, this hurt to the point of crying. My husband was afraid it was the main vein in the leg?
